Nicholas McNally is the founder of McNally Esq., APC, a criminal defense firm based in Burbank, California. He represents clients throughout Los Angeles and surrounding communities in DUI, domestic violence, restraining order, misdemeanor and felony matters.
Prior to founding McNally Esq., APC, Nicholas McNally spent several years working at insurance defense firms while gaining valuable trial experience in the District Attorney’s offices of Tulare and Kern counties.
Before becoming a licensed attorney, Nicholas spent 15 years working as a legal assistant. That experience gave him an in-depth understanding of the legal system and the challenges clients face when dealing with criminal charges.
